Initially, Sarah started making a few pieces for friends which turned into small orders. In time that took over, and she quickly found herself with a full time business.
Earrings are set with organic gemstones such as Peruvian opal and green tourmaline. Necklaces are handcrafted with alluring 22k recycled gold, and rings incorporate alluvial responsibly mined diamonds. The unprocessed and raw nature of these pieces gives an invaluable uniqueness to the collection that any jewelry enthusiast can appreciate.
Sarah’s collections are sold in boutiques nationwide and can also be viewed and purchased online (Visit Their Site). All pieces are made by hand with great care and attention to detail. Expect delivery in about two weeks.
You can find jewelry in every price range, from earrings under $100 to pieces well over $1,000.
"I like to make jewelry that can be worn everyday and anywhere, and still stands out. I want to make the wearer feel excited about putting it on, feel great, and have something really special with them all day long."
What trends do you see staying popular this year?
"I have seen people drawn to environmentally conscious jewelry that is still fashionably feminine. At this time people are so much more aware of what they are buying, where it comes from, and it how effects the world we live in. So now that people are given more choices, I think people will continue to make the more earth friendly choice. I also see people drawn to more personalized and handmade items, maybe in response to the overwhelming number of mass-produced items out there."
What statement piece of jewelry do you think every woman should have?
"My personal everyday piece is a bangle. Whether it’s thin or chunky, it’s an item than lasts forever and can be worn everyday. I never take it off – it feels like a part of me and I can wear it with anything. I also think it looks flattering on every woman. The more the merrier, but one single bangle is just as beautiful."
