Guide Review - Sorel Boots
The thing that I liked most about these boots was the comfort. I wore them on a long hike in the snowy mountains. The footbed contours to your feet and the boots feature Thinsulate insulation. Therefore, my feet stayed warm and comfortable throughout the hike. Another aspect is that they are very cute. They feature a rounded toe, two ankle strps and the aforementioned fluffy fur.
The second Sorel boot that I wore was the Pakua (Buy Direct). Like the Tootega, this is also an ankle boot that is built for wet, snowy weather. Instead of the straps, it has a cute tie and it's also slightly shorter than the Tootega.
Made from waterproof suede and featuring a shearing lining, these ankle boots were perfect for hiking yet they are fashionable enough to wear on the city streets. I really appreciated that they were breathable, so I didn't find my feet getting sweaty at all.
If you are looking for warm, comfy, chic winter boots, I definitely recommend both of these Sorel boots. You can find them at many department stores including Nordstrom, as well as online shops such as Endless, Zappos and others.
